What we collect

When you visit this site, basic technical data (IP address, browser type, referrer, time of access) is processed by my hosting provider to operate the service securely. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest in providing a functional website.

I do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this homepage. A self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool (Umami, hosted in Germany) collects anonymous usage statistics. No personal data, no cross-site tracking, no profiling.

Forms and intro calls

If you book an intro call, the booking is handled by Calendly (Calendly LLC, Atlanta, USA) under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. The data you provide (name, email, optional message) is used solely to schedule and prepare the call. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures at your request.

If you write to info@8komma3.de, the email and any data it contains is stored to respond to your request. Storage period: as long as needed to answer your inquiry plus statutory retention periods.
